CERTIFICATIONS
In 2020, the GFI subsidiary, Improsa Capital, in charge of managing the administration and maintenance of the properties owned by the investment funds managed by Improsa SAFI, began a process to obtain the ISO 50001.
With the purpose of achieving theISO 50001:2018 certification A multidisciplinary team was created, which carries out various activities to ensure the correctdesign, execution, monitoring and fulfillment of established commitments for certification.
Currently the property that has this certification is that ofForum I, with a total of59,477 m².
LEED certification is an international certification system for sustainable buildings. Projects can be certified in their design and construction process as well as in operation. This certification guarantees that buildings are healthy and environmentally friendly and prioritize the well-being of their occupants and society. Having this certification means designing buildings for a more sustainable and higher quality future.
Actually we have202,186 m² certificates,107,796 m² with certificationLEED Silver Core & Shell and94,385 m² with certificationLEED Gold.

In search of contributing to the change that is required in terms of environmental sustainability, since 2014, the Improsa Financial Group took on the challenge of measuring, mitigating, compensating and adapting its impacts on the environment and in 2019 decided to expand the tasks, by develop a Business Eco Efficiency strategy that allows us to rigorously analyze the ecological footprint of the property portfolio in which the real estate investment funds managed by ImprosaSociedad Administrator of Investment Funds (SAFI) invest. PROGRAMS
With the conviction that the post-pandemic era has changed building use protocols and that policies must be updated to offer tenants a safe and healthy workplace, we launched a new program called “Health & “Safety.”
The “Health&Safety Program” includes a set of technical and comprehensive requirements in terms of infrastructure, which seek to provide an environment of security and tranquility to each of the users of the properties.
Since 2019 we joined the programECOLONES, which rewards companies that carry out acorrect management of recyclable materials, these points can be exchanged for paint or plants that will be a contribution to the community as part of corporate social responsibility.
As part of our environmental commitment, we haveelectric vehicle chargers installed in different properties.
In our properties we haverecycling plans as waste separation. This is part of the socio-environmental commitment.
