The Complex is located in Cinco Esquinas de Tibás, 200 meters north, 200 east and 150 meters northeast of Autopits.

It has three large warehouses for storing merchandise and an outdoor area.

​

The warehouses were built with alley frames, metal nailers, concrete floors and masonry perimeter enclosures.

​

All ships have loading docks and their own independent bathroom batteries.
